- Enjoy some tea and snacks and hang out with Abolitionist Mail Project to write cards and letters sending care over prison walls!
- We will be sending birthday cards to our members with birthdays in June.
- People with incarcerated penpals can enjoy the time and space to write to their penpals in community
- Masks required when not actively snacking and we'll have some if needed
- All supplies will be provided, but we won't say no to Forever stamps!

- Send birthday cards to incarcerated people
- Please RSVP so we have enough cards
- We will introduce the project and provide and overview at 6pm and 7pm, but feel free to come and go
- We will hear from an incarcerated organizer about the importance of writing across walls
- We have had a huge response when we team up with Brookline Booksmith, and they have donated hundreds of cards and stamps. We appreciate their hospitality and generosity so much

Letters of support to incarcerated people in South Bay
- 19 people have died in Suffolk County (Boston) jails since 2020
- Shacoby "Coby" Kenny was murdered in December 2025 by seven guards who piled on him and beat him to death in front of the unit. These guards are still employed and still working in the jail
- We are writing notes to incarcerated people to let them know that we care what is happening to them
